We fabricate in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, with laser cutting, CNC routing, thermoforming and bending, diamond edge polishing, UV printing and bonding under one roof. Nothing core is sent out, which is the reason our lead times hold: when a job needs re-cutting at nine at night, the machine is ours. Visit before you award. If a supplier will not show you the machines, they are probably brokering your job to someone else.
We work from 2mm up to 50mm sheet. Laser for clean flame-polished edges on thinner material, CNC for thick sheet, pockets and 3D profiles, thermoforming for curves and covers, bonding for assemblies and oversized panels. Diamond polishing for anything where the edge is the finish. That spread matters on a large project, because one package usually needs four of those processes and you do not want them split across four vendors.
A run of a few hundred identical display units is a normal week. Batches of 100 to 250 are how we plan a thousand-unit order, with the first batch checked piece by piece against a signed-off sample. For project work, a full mall store package is three to four weeks after drawing approval. Several sites in the same week is a scheduling question, not a capability one: tell us the dates at enquiry and we will say yes or tell you which site has to move.
We install across all seven emirates, and most of our project installs are overnight because that is when malls and towers allow access. The crews work to landlord criteria and building access rules, which we ask for with the brief so the quote covers the real install. For regulated environments, tell us early: fire strategy constraints on partitions, clinic or bank requirements, and landlord material restrictions all change the specification rather than just the price.
We are a fabrication workshop, not a general contractor. We do not do civil works, MEP or joinery carcass. On very large lit installations we supply and test the acrylic, frame and LED modules, and your electrician brings power to it. Special imported colours can take three to six weeks, so a palette locked late is the one thing that genuinely delays a project. And we will tell you when a deadline is not achievable rather than taking the order and missing it.
Three things cost you almost nothing and tell you everything. Ask for a sample in your actual colour and thickness. Ask for an edge-on bonded sample if the package has large panels. And visit the workshop. A supplier who clears all three is a supplier who can hold your programme. If you have a project in pricing now, send the drawings and the dates.
