Abu Dhabi Finance Week brings together global banks, asset managers, fintech companies and institutional investors in one place at ADNEC. The crowd is serious money, and it can spot a cheap stand from across the hall. Here is what the best-presented financial brands get made before they travel to Abu Dhabi.

GITEX is tech. Gulfood is buyers and buyers. ADFW is C-suite, institutional, and sovereign wealth. Delegates are evaluating whether to trust your firm with substantial decisions. The stand is the first physical expression of your brand they experience, and a polished acrylic counter reads as institutional credibility in a way that a banner and a rented table simply does not.
Financial brands at ADFW typically spend serious money on the event itself, then underinvest in the stand. A custom acrylic counter in 10mm cast sheet, diamond-polished edges, with your bank or fintech brand UV-printed in full colour, costs AED 2,500 to 5,000. It looks like a bank branch. It photographs like one. And unlike a shell-scheme table, it can be shipped back to Dubai and used at the next three events.
ADFW's side events and roundtables need branded podiums. A clear or frosted acrylic podium in 8mm cast sheet, with your logo laser-engraved or UV-printed, costs AED 800 to 2,000 and photographs beautifully against any background. Bring two: one for your own roundtable, one to offer the organiser as a branded asset. That is brand exposure you cannot buy otherwise.
Financial deal closings, partnership announcements and award ceremonies happen at and around ADFW every year. A custom acrylic trophy or commemorative plaque, laser-engraved with the deal name, parties and date, costs AED 220 to 600 and ends up on a boardroom shelf for years. It is also the piece the CFO photographs and posts. Order 10 for a deal ceremony: AED 2,000 to 4,000 total, permanent brand presence in every participant's office.
If your firm is showing a platform, app or fintech product at ADFW, a custom acrylic tablet stand is not optional. An angled weighted stand at demo height, cable-managed, with your brand on the base, costs AED 180 to 400. Order one per device. It takes a product demonstration from a hand-held fumble to a professional presentation. Add a QR code holder beside it for self-directed sign-ups when your team is busy with another delegate.
ADFW typically falls in November. Al Quoz workshops are already busy with GITEX production in October, which makes late ADFW orders expensive. Order your counter, podiums and trophies by mid-October: counters need 5 to 7 working days, podiums 3 to 5, trophies 4 to 7. Rush production carries a 25 to 50 percent premium, and complex backlit pieces cannot be rushed at all. Delivery to Abu Dhabi from our Dubai workshop is same working day at no extra charge.
The ADFW crowd is institutional. A polished acrylic counter, two branded podiums and a set of deal trophies says you belong in the room before you open your mouth. Budget AED 6,000 to 15,000 for a serious ADFW presence, and order by mid-October while Al Quoz still has capacity.
