A branded demo counter or kiosk runs AED 1,500 to 3,500 and doubles as your lead-capture point. Laptop and tablet stands in clear or branded acrylic run AED 100 to 250 each. A backlit logo sign for the stand fascia runs AED 800 to 3,000. Literature holders and business card drops complete the kit for under AED 400.
Tech products die on rented tables. Angled tablet stands hold devices at demo height, secured risers keep prototypes visible but safe, and cable cutouts keep the counter clean. A counter built around your actual device dimensions costs little more than a generic one and photographs dramatically better.
A raffle or business-card box with a slot, AED 150 to 400, still outperforms most QR codes for footfall capture. Pair it with a prize display case and you have a reason for visitors to stop. Branded giveaway trays and phone-charging holders keep people at the stand longer.
GITEX season books Al Quoz workshops solid. Order 3 weeks before build-up for standard rates: kiosks need 5 to 7 working days, backlit signs 7 to 10. Rush 48-hour production exists for counters and stands but carries premiums, and complex backlit work cannot be rushed at all.
Order the counter, device stands and backlit sign three weeks before build-up, build demo furniture around your actual hardware, and keep a lead-capture box on the counter.

A branded counter (AED 1,500 to 3,500), backlit logo (AED 800 to 3,000), device stands and literature holders typically total AED 3,000 to 7,000 for a shell-scheme stand.
Three weeks before build-up day. GITEX season fills Dubai workshops, so late orders pay rush premiums and complex backlit pieces may not be possible at all.
Yes. Bonded acrylic counters and stands are built for repeated assembly and are commonly reused at GITEX Africa, LEAP and regional roadshows the same year.
